Returns & Exchanges

At Casulo, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your return back to our studio.
